The people behind your application.

Five people, one application: the university shortlist, the admissions data, the mentoring, the operations and the visa file.

The five of us

Hannan Chaudhry

Hannan Chaudhry

Founder

Medicine and Surgery, University of Turin.

Hannan sat the IMAT himself and placed first among the international students in Turin that session. He oversees Medicine applications and how university shortlists are built. He sets the plan for the IMAT year: which university to aim at, which documents to start first, and when. He is the person who tells a family plainly whether Medicine in Italy is realistic.

Zurehma Rameez

Zurehma Rameez

Chief Technical Officer

MSc Artificial Intelligence and Data Analytics, Italy.

Zurehma built the Learnium portal and the practice platform. She keeps the admissions database that shortlists are drawn from: English-taught programs, their tests, places and dates, each entry kept with the official call it came from.

Hassan Naveed

Hassan Naveed

Head of Student Mentoring

Master’s in Engineering Management, Politecnico di Torino.

Hassan Naveed works directly with students as their mentor, from the first call to the day classes start.

Zaman Chatha

Zaman Chatha

Head of Operations

MSc Business Administration, Data Analytics and AI, Germany.

Zaman runs operations behind the scenes: the deadlines, the documents and the tracking, so each mentor has what they need and nothing is missed.

Hassan Ali Ranjha

Hassan Ali Ranjha

Legal adviser

Master of Laws, United Kingdom.

Hassan Ali reviews the visa files and the embassy documents, and follows the rule changes at the consulates and the ministry. He prepares students for the visa interview and advises on the documents. He is not a barrister and does not represent students in legal proceedings.

Small on purpose.

The people you meet on the first call are the people who work on your application.

We would rather take fewer students than hand an application to someone you have never spoken to.

Start with a message.

Tell us what you want to study and where you are, and a mentor from our team will reply.
